Brewery with tradition since 1765

The Altes Brauhaus zu Fallersleben, which is located in the immediate vicinity of Fallersleben Castle, is still a reminder of the long tradition of beer brewing. Fallersleber Schlossbräu has been brewed here since 1986. There are now around 20 different naturally cloudy, hand-brewed beers to savour, which have been made exclusively with organic malt since 2019.
