A symbiosis of listed castle relics and modern interior characterises the extraordinary loft ambience of the Schlossremise. Formerly used as a horse stable, it is now home to a restaurant with a very special flair - the Restaurant Schlossremise am Schloss Wolfsburg. Seats, both in the light-flooded conservatory and on the gallery with a view of the restaurant are equally popular with guests. On warm days, the sun terrace invites you to linger and relax after a bike ride or a walk through the park. Together with their team, managing directors Mladen Durdic and Saskia Elverfeld aim to create a cosy ambience, a "living room atmosphere". Whether for business lunches or family celebrations in the evening, the Schlossremise restaurant is the perfect venue for events. The cuisine is characterised by classic German dishes with specialities from the land and sea, complemented by Mediterranean components.
